Step 2
Site Assessment
We visit your location to assess the available space, check measurements, and review any technical requirements. We’ll walk through placement options, layout ideas, and the practical considerations for your simulator room.
Step 3
Safety, Suitability & Compliance Review
We review the space for practical use and safety, including swing clearance, ceiling height, screen distance, ball containment, bounce-back risk, lighting position, floor transitions, cables, access, existing services and suitability for the intended users. For commercial spaces, we also consider patron flow, durability, supervision and higher-use conditions.
Where required, building approvals, certifier input, body corporate approval, landlord consent, electrical work, structural work or other licensed trade services must be confirmed before work proceeds. Any regulated work is completed by appropriately licensed contractors.
Step 4
Custom Design
Based on your needs and the site assessment, we create a tailored design plan. This includes recommended equipment options, room layout, lighting, acoustic considerations, and finishing details to suit your space.
Step 5
Proposal & Final Scope
We provide a clear proposal outlining the recommended setup, inclusions, and pricing. Any adjustments can be made to ensure the final design perfectly aligns with your vision and budget.
Step 6
Build & Installation
We handle the full build process, including room preparation, framing, acoustic treatments, projector setup, and installation of all simulator components. Every detail is completed to a high standard.
Step 7
Testing & Handover
Once installation is complete, we fully test the system, optimise settings, and walk you through how everything works. You'll be ready to play from day one.

All simulator designs are subject to final site inspection, measurement confirmation, structural suitability, access, existing services, and any required building, body corporate, landlord, council or certifier approvals. Signature Sim Rooms does not warrant that every garage, shed, spare room or commercial space is suitable without assessment.
